In return to your Despatch No 48 of the 23rd March last, forwarding copy of a note from the Belgian Minister in England requesting to be furnished with certain information relative toM.Manuscript image M. Adolphe Von Lokeren, I have the honor to transmit herewith to Your Grace copy of a report from the Commissioner of Police at Victoria, from which it will be seen that M. Von Lokeren is at present a resident of this place, and that he is in good health and easy circumstances.
