With reference to Your Grace's Despatch No 57 of the 11th of May last, signifying to me that Her Majesty's Government see no objection to the "Victoria Harbour Act 1860"asManuscript image as passed by the Legislature of Vancouver Island, and will be prepared, on receiving it from me in an authenticated shape, to submit it for Her Majesty's Confirmation.
I have now the honour of transmitting to Your Grace a Copy of that Act for her Majesty's approval.
