I have the honour to enclose herewith, an Address to the Queen, which has been handed to me by the Reverend Ephraim Evans, D.D. the PrincipalofManuscript image of the Wesleyan Methodist Missionaries in the Colonies of Vancouver Island and British Columbia, with the request that I would forward the same to Your Grace for presentation.
