I have had the honour to receive your Despatch No 92 of the 21st March 1862, and I am gratified to learn thereby that arrangementshaveManuscript image have been made for landing in Vancouver Island two 68 pounder Guns, which may be spared from Her Majesty's Ships "Bacchante" and "Topaze".
