I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Grace's despatch No 107 of the 19th June last, calling for a Report from me on the claim made by Mr Irving for a refund of the purchase money for certain land in VancouversIslandManuscript image Island, and in reply I beg to acquaint your Grace that my Report on this matter was transmitted in my despatch No 14 of the 14th March last, which does not appear to have reached Your Grace. A Triplicate of this despatch will be forwarded by this Mail.
