I have the honor to transmit herewith, two Acts intituled respectively "An Act to incorporate the City of Victoria," and "An Act to Enable theSurveyorManuscript image Surveyor General to authorize the closing of part of the Old Saanich and Burnside Road."
2. I have given Her Majesty's Assent to these Acts, and enclose the Attorney General's opinion to the effect that there was no objection to my doing so. His report, explanatory of their peculiar features, is also forwarded; and I trust they will meet with Her Majesty's approval,andManuscript image and be left to their operation.
