The Imperial Funds in the hands of this government to liquidate expenses for Colonial Pay &c of Royal Marines at San Juan being exhausted, I have the honor to acquaint your Grace that I have authorizedtheManuscript image the Colonial Treasurer to obtain the sum of One Thousand Pounds (£1000) on this account by Bills upon Her Majesty's Paymaster General, and I trust your Grace will cause the necessary steps to be taken so that the Bills may be accepted on presentation.
