o 106 of the
19 June 1862, I have the honor to
transmit herewith the report I have received from
Mr G.H. Carythe the
Attorney General of this Colony, in reply to the charges brought
against him by
Mr Langford.
2. The evidence
Mr Cary produces appears so satisfactorily to clear him
from
Mr Langford's imputations, and so forcibly to expose the
character of
Mr Langford that it does not seem to me necessary to
trouble Your Grace with further remark.
