In reply to Your Despatch marked Separate of the 30 July last, I have the honor to acquaint Your Grace that on the 10h February 1862 the Agents General were requested to repay to the Chief Clerk of the Colonial Department, the sums advanced for the Stamps on the Warrants of Messrs Cary and Gordon. I regret to find that the debt is still unsettled. I presume thematterManuscript image matter has been overlooked, and I will cause the attention of the Agents General to be called to it.
