I have the honor to transmit to you a copy of a letter from Mr. Lindley one of the Commissioners for British Columbia and Vancouver Island at the International Exhibition, and I have to acquaint you that I have authorized the Agents' General to take charge of the PackagesreferredManuscript image referred to, and to defray the expenses of their conveyance, charging the amount to the respective Governments concerned.
