My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to request that Your Grace will be good enough to cause me to be supplied, as early as convenient, with 6 copies of the Instructions to Governors of colonies with respect to keeping the Accounts of Colonial Receipt and Expenditure and also with 4 copies of the Rules and Regulations for Her Majesty's Colonial Service, there being none of the former and only two of the latter in the Colony.
