I have the honor to acquaint you that the Mayor of Victoria, Vancouver Island, has forwarded an Address from the Corporation congratulating the Queen upon the birth of a Son to their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales, and I have to request that youManuscript image will inform the Mayor that the Address has been laid before Her Majesty who was pleased to receive it very graciously.
