I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch No 69 dated 22nd December 1864 requesting me to report the steps I have taken to give Mr Lowenberg a valid title to a certain lot (letter Z) forming part of the Government Reserve at Victoria and in reply I beg to refer you to my Despatch No 10datedManuscript image dated February 2nd 1865 which conveys the information you call for.
