The passages alluded to by the Governor at pages 4 and 19 (not 20 as his despatch erroneously states) refer to Dr Dickson the Coroner. They do not strike me as adding anything material to what appears in the special despatches upon that subject.
At page 7B and again at page 9B down to page 16 are proceedings about Mr Wootton, the Harbormaster and Postmaster. On this subject see minute upon 4781 circulated herewith.
