I am directed by the Lord President of the Council to transmit to you the enclosed Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 2nd instant, leaving to their operation, Nine Acts passed in the Island of Vancouver, in the Months of February, June, July, August and September 1866, Nos 125, 127, 128, 129, 131, 132, 133, 134 and 135; and I am to request that you will be pleased to lay the same before the Secretary of State for the Colonial Department.
