With reference to Governor Kennedy's Despatch, No. 75a, of the 28th September relating to the disposal of the revenue arising out of Fines, Fees and Forfeitures in Vancouver Island, I have the honor to transmit to you a copy of a letter from the Treasury,andManuscript image and I have to request that you will supply the information required by their Lordships before they can express any opinion as to the disposal of the Revenue arising form the source above mentioned.
