Instant,
transmitting the Queens letter Patent empowering their Lordships to
establish a Court of Vice Admiralty in
British Columbia,
and requesting that the cost of these
letters
(twenty six pounds and six shillings) may be repaid to the Chief Clerk of
the Colonial Department; I am commanded by their Lordships to acquaint
you for the information of Secretary
Sir E.B. Lytton, that the necessary
orders have been issued to the Solicitor of their office to carry
that arrangement into effect.
