I am directed by the Secretary of State for War to acquaint you, for the information of Sir E. Lytton, that in compliance with the request contained in your Letter of the 28 ulto 1 the Officer Commanding the Medical Staff Corps has been instructed to select acompetentManuscript image competent Hospital Orderly to accompany the Party of Royal Engineers about to proceed to British Columbia.
