Sir,
I have the honor to forward a statement of the expenses incurred by me on the Public service while proceeding with a detachment of the Royal Engineers from Southampton viâ Panamá to Victoria, Vancouver Isld.
The Receipts I obtained for many of the Sums expended, are not forwarded with this Statement, my instructions from Coll Moody being that they should be submitted to him.
