With reference to your Despatch No 151 of the 9th of May last I have to acquaint you that The Lords Commissioners of The Treasury have given directions for the acceptance of the Bills drawn by you for the amount of £5,000 to enable ColonelManuscript imageColonel Moody to meet the difficulty occasioned by the loss of the Briseis as mentioned in your Despatch.
