I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your Grace's despatch No. 24 of the 8th May, conveying to me the sanction of the Queen for the following Proclamation Manuscript image Proclamation: Authorizing the Chief Commissioner of Lands and Works to sell Town and Suburban Lots and Agricultural lands which have been offered for sale at public auction and remain unsold, at the upset price.
