Sir,
With reference to your Letter of the 26th Ultimo, I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to transfer to Naval Services the sum of £987.10 for the passages of the persons enumerated therein from Southampton to Colon in the Royal Mail Steam Company's Packets.
