Requisition having been made upon me for the sum of Three Thousand Pounds (£3000) on Military Account to meet the Colonial Pay and Rations of the Troops for the months of January and February, I haveauthorizedManuscript image authorized the Treasurer to procure that sum by Bills on Her Majesty's Paymaster General and I have to request your Grace will be pleased to obtain the necessary authority from the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury for the Bills presented on this account to be paid when they become due.
