I have the honor of transmitting to Your Grace herewith, Four Proclamations which have lately come into force in the Colony of British Columbia, entitledasManuscript image as follows: 1. The Pilotage Act 1861.
2. The Roman Catholic Land Act 1861.
3. The Pre-emption Purchase Act 1861.
4. The Fireman's Protection Act 1861.
I have also the honor of enclosing the accompanying Report from the Attorney General explaining very clearly the nature and object of those Acts, with which I submit them forHerManuscript image Her Majesty's approval.
