With reference to my Despatch of the 29th Instant, No 80, reporting having granted leave of absence on Medical Certificate to Mr P.H. Nind, Assistant Gold Commissioner and Stipendiary Magistrate, I have now the honor to forward herewith the Certificate required by the Colonial Regulations, according to the Form giveninManuscript image in Appendix No 1.
