Newcastle writes to Douglas to acknowledge Douglas's despatches that enclosed transcripts of several proclamations, which Newcastle reports as approved by the Queen. This is followed by a list of “Schedule” entries.

I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your despatches No. 27 and 54 of the 23rd of April and 4th of September last, enclosing transcripts of the Proclamations entitled as in the annexed schedule.
I have laid these Proclamations before TheTheManuscript image Queen and I am commanded to inform you that Her Majesty has been pleased to approve them.
