Being desirous of obtaining a copy of the existing regulations for the disposal of Crown land in the colony of British Columbia, and being only able to obtain those enacted by Proclamations datedManuscript image January 1860, and January 1861, some of which I am reliably informed have been repealed and reenacted, with alterations, I take the liberty of stating that I should feel obliged if you would favour meManuscript image with a copy, or abstract, of the regulations at present in force, or if you would inform me where I can obtain the same.

The Parly Clerk informs me that the existing Land Regulations of B.C. will be published in abt a fortnight in the Parly Correspondence.
Apprize the writer of that fact: & add that if he cannot wait that short time for the infn he may call here & make a copy or abstract of the regulations.
