With reference to my letter of 24th instant, I have the honor to acquaint you, for the information of Mr Secretary Cardwell, that another bill for the sum of £1000, drawn by the Governor of British Columbia on the Crown Agents for the Colonies, has this day been left for acceptance at this Office, and I have to request that you will be good enough to furnish me with Mr Cardwell's instructions respecting it.
