I have had the honor to receive Your Grace's Circular despatch of the 18 September 1867, requiring copies for the French Minister ofMarine,Manuscript image Marine, of the Ships' Papers, certificates of registry and Ships' Articles in use in this Colony.
2. The enclosed are the only papers used in this Colony. They are the usual Certificates of Registry.
