With reference to your Letter of the 6th Novr last, I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you that the Confidential Despatch for the Governor of Vancouver, therein enclosed, was delivered on the 13th Jany into the hands of Commander Nares of H.M. Sloop Reindeer at Panama for conveyance to Vancouver Island.
