I have the honor to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious confirmation and allowance of the Ordinance No. 21 of 1867 which accompanied your despatch No. 104 of the 7th September 1867, and which is entitled "An Ordinance to render uniform the Laws establishing adecimalManuscript image decimal system of accounts, and regulating the Currency of the Colony."
