My Lord,
I have the honor to forward to Your Lordship an authenticated,
an[d] two spare copies of an Act passed by the Legislative
Council entitled—
An Act granting aSupplemental
Supplemental Supply of $45,969 and Seven cents
out of the General Revenue of the Colony of British Columbia and
its dependencies for the Contingent service of the Year 1870.
