My Lord,
I have the honor to forward to Your Lordship an authenticated, an[d] two spare copies of an Act passed by the Legislative Council entitled— An Act granting aSupplementalManuscript image Supplemental Supply of $45,969 and Seven cents out of the General Revenue of the Colony of British Columbia and its dependencies for the Contingent service of the Year 1870.
2. I enclose the usual Report from the Attorney General, and I annex that of the Auditor upon the Supplementary Estimates on which the Bill is founded,andManuscript image and which will afford all the necessary information.
