Sir,
With reference to your Despatch No. 8 of the 10th February, I transmit to you a copy of a statement which has been prepared in the General Post Office, showing that a sum of £813.5s.3d is due from that Department to your Government on accountofManuscript image of the conveyance of Mails to and from the Colony during the year 1870. A Warrant for this amount has been issued in favour of the Crown Agents.
