I had the honor of receiving on the 16th April last, a printed Circular from your Grace, dated 9th May 1853, acquainting me with the fact, that a Universal Exhibition for Agricultural and Industrial Products, will be held at Paris in May 1855, and that every facility will be afforded at the French Custom Houses to the admission of Goods, belonging to parties residing in the British Colonies, who may be desirous of forwarding articles for Exhibition, and I beg to assure your Grace that the same will be published in this Colony for the information of the public.
