I had the honor of receiving on the
16th April last, a printed
Circular from your Grace, dated
9th May 1853, acquainting me with the
fact, that a Universal Exhibition for Agricultural and Industrial
Products, will be held at
Paris in
May 1855, and that every facility
will be afforded at the French Custom Houses to the admission of Goods,
belonging to parties residing in the British Colonies, who may be
desirous of forwarding articles for Exhibition, and I beg to assure your
Grace that the same will be published in this Colony for the information
of the public.
