I beg to acknowledge the receipt, on the 13th Inst, of a circular dated October 7th 1853, transmitting from your Grace for my information a Proclamation issued by the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick, under the 85th Clause of the Passenger Act, 1852, for declaring the length of the voyage of vessels carrying Emigrants from that Province to other parts of the world, and fixing the Dietary, Medicines, &c, to be supplied.
