I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you, for the information of Mr Secretary Labouchere, that Rear Admiral Bruce has reported that Her Majesty's Ship Alarm was to be at San Francisco by the 4th July and is to proceed thence to Vancouver.
