Lytton forwards a letter from the War Office concerning buildings for the North American
Boundary Survey expedition.

Sir,
I transmit to you herewith the copy of a letter from the War
Department relative to a correspondence which has passed between that
Department and yourself respecting the accounts of expenditure incurred
for buildings erected in Vancouvers Island for the North American
Boundary Surveying expedition, and I have to request that you will
furnish the Vouchers for this expenditure required by General Peel.
