I have duly received Your Graces despatch No 5 of the 2nd February
in reference to the Ground, Buildings &c &c at Esquimalt, purchased
for the North American Boundary Commission, and I will be careful to
carry out Your Graces instructions, that when no longer

the surveying party, the land and buildings in question may be
transferred to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty for Naval
