With reference to my Despatch No. 17, of the 21st of October, and to previous correspondence respecting the Lighthouses to be erected at Vancouver's Island, I transmit for your information the copy of a letter from the BoardManuscript imageBoard of Trade relative to the apparatus and Stores for the Lighthouses, and reporting the engagement of two Persons as Lightkeepers.
