With reference to your despatch No. 60 of the 11th of September last I have the honor to acquaint you that as the service on which Captain Stamp proceeded from Esquimalt to Barclay Sound in October 1860 was a Colonial one, I have instructed the Colonial Agents General to repay to the AdmiraltytheManuscript image the cost of his entertainment on board M. M's Gunboat "Grappler."
The amount of the claim is £5-5-0 and I have to request that you will remit this sum to the Agents General Messrs. Barnard and Julyan, 6. Adelphi Terrace, London.
