11th of September last I have the honor to acquaint you that as the service on which
Captain Stamp proceeded from
Esquimalt to
Barclay Sound in
October 1860
was a Colonial one, I have instructed the Colonial Agents General to
repay to the Admiralty
the the cost of his entertainment on board M. M's
Gunboat "
Grappler."
