I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your Circular Despatch of the 11th of March calling attention to the Rules and Regulations of Her Majesty's Colonial Service requiring two Copies of any Book Almanack published in the Colony to be sent home for theManuscript image use of the Colonial Department and with reference thereto I have the honour to acquaint Your Grace that I have forwarded to the Librarian of your office two copies of a Book Almanack which has been issued in this Colony and should the publication be continued I will not fail in transmitting it as directed.
