Sir,
I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to send you herewith, for the information of Her Majesty's Secretary of State for the Colonies a Copy of a Letter from Commodore Spencer dated the 14th May, No 25, with Copies of its enclosures, relating to certain intended proceedings against the Lamalche Indians on the East Coast of Vancouver Island.
