With reference to the letter of this Board of the 25th ult. 1 I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to accept and pay a Bill for £40 drawn by Captain B.M. Parsons R.E. on account of certain Royal Engineers proceeding to Victoria, Vancouvers Island.
