Sir,
I have the honor to transmit, herewith, for your information and
guidance the Copy of an Order made this day by Her Majesty in Council by
which you are empowered, subject to the conditions thereinmentioned

make provision for the administration of Justice, and to establish all
such Laws as may be necessary for the peace, order, and good government,
of the Colony of British Columbia.1
