Agreeably to the instructions contained in your Grace's despatch of the 17th June last, No 132, I called upon Colonel Moody for a report in reference to some landed property stated to have been left by Sapper James Duffy who died in British Columbia in 1861,andManuscript image and I have now the honor of transmitting for your Grace's information the report furnished by that Officer on the subject.
