Newcastle instructs Douglas to use the same size paper for the Estimates of British Columbia as he has been told to use for his despatches.

With reference to your despatch transmitting the Estimates of British Columbia for the year 1862, I have to instruct you to cause the summaries of the Revenue and Expenditure which accompany them to be prepared in future on paper of the same size as your despatch.
