Sir,
I have the honour to transmit to you the enclosed copy of a letter
from the War Department respecting certain Arms and Accoutrements left
by Colonel Moody R.E. in charge of the Government of British Columbia
for the use, it is stated, ofthe

Columbia, but I have to request that you will report the present state
of these Arms stating in whose charge they are kept and the best manner,
